You can cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival without incurring any charges and you don't have to pay anything on booking. Please note, all payments will be taken 48 hours before arrival.
Just relax for a while
Accessibility: We have a wheelchair accessible room with a modern and practical wetroom, completed with shower seat and grab rails. The other bedrooms at the Globe and the apartment are arranged over 2 floors and some guests who have limited mobility may struggle getting to some of our rooms. Please call us if you would like to book a room which is more accessible, we would be happy to advise.
Extra Beds: We do not have family rooms but some of our rooms are large enough to accommodate extra beds or cots, which can be provided at a small cost. Please call us if you would like to add any additional beds for children, we can then book you into a suitable room.
Check in/out: You can check in anytime from 3pm until 10pm. We ask that you vacate the room by 10.30am on the day of departure.
Unfortunately we cannot accommodate early check ins or late check outs.
Parking: Due to our prominent position in Topsham, we do not have parking. However, you are welcome to stop nearby and drop off your luggage. There is limited chargeable long and short stay car parks at: Matthews Hall (EX3 OHF) or Holman Way (EX3 OEN).
Pets: We welcome well behaved dogs into a few of our rooms and in our apartment at an additional charge of £10 per night, per dog. Max 2 dogs in the bedrooms and 1 dog in the apartment. If you are looking at bringing your dog with you please give us a call to ensure you are allocated the correct room.
Housekeeping: Please note if you are staying in our apartment there will be no daily housekeeping but please let us know if you need anything during your stay.
Cancellation: Should you decide to cancel your room reservation please contact us at your earliest convenience. Please confirm your cancellation by emailing us; firstname.lastname@example.org.
Group Bookings: Group reservations will have different terms and conditions which will be agreed at time of booking. Booking terms may vary during Bank holidays and when there are special events. For bookings of 5 or more, we’ll need a 50% deposit 28 days before arrival and the balance 14 days before arrival. These payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel your booking free of charge if you do so before we take a deposit. We do not accept groups in peak season. (A group reservation is a booking under the same name and/or debit or credit card details).
If cancelled up to 48 hours before 3:00pm on the date of arrival no charges will be incurred, if you cancel later than this the first night will be charged. In case of a no show the total price of your reservation will be charged. We will always do our best to accommodate requests but they are not guaranteed.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.
