Bedroom prices are per room, per night. Rates are inclusive of accommodation, breakfast and VAT. Minimum 2 night stay. Restrictions apply on all Saturday evenings and on New Year’s Eve.
You will need to provide your credit or debit card details to secure your reservation. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Maestro and Electron to secure a reservation.
Please note that full payment for your reservation will be taken between 48 hours prior to arrival and check in. This will be debited from the credit/debit card used to secure your initial booking.
We reserve the right and you hereby authorise us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the property during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

Due to our prominent position in Topsham, we do not have parking. However, you are welcome to stop nearby and drop off your luggage.

These car parks are all in close proximity and are reasonably priced. We have one disabled parking space for blue badge holders, which operates on a first comes first serve basis. Guests park their cars at their own risk.

All our rooms are complete with luxury toiletries, tea and coffee-making facilities, free WiFi and a hairdryer.
Please note there is no air conditioning.
For guests staying in our apartment, there will be no housekeeping provided but please talk to our team if there is anything you need.
We welcome well-behaved dogs into a few, specially selected, rooms at an additional charge of £15 per night, per dog. If you are looking at bringing your dog with you please give us a call to ensure you are allocated the correct room.
Please note, we have a maximum of 2 dogs in the bedrooms and 1 dog in the apartment.
We ask that dogs are not left on their own in the rooms. Your dog is allowed with you in all areas of The Globe except the main restaurant.
This additional rate includes our 'Proper Dog' hamper complete with tennis ball, Forthglade treats, biodegradable poo-bags and beer for you to take away with you.

There is WiFi available throughout The Globe. Simply complete our sign-in form and you'll have access to the internet.

Check-in is from 3pm to 10pm. We ask guests to check out by 10:30am on the day of departure - late check-out is available upon request.
Breakfast is served every morning from 7:30am until 11am (8am to 11am on weekends) and is included as part of your room rate.

We do not have any family rooms, however, some rooms are large enough to accommodate additional beds and/or cots which we have available for hire. Please contact us direct for more information and to ensure you are allocated a suitable room.
Please note, additional occupants aged 3 - 15 years are charged 25% of the double room rate.
We have a wheelchair accessible room with a modern and practical wetroom, completed with shower seat and grab rails. The other bedrooms at the Globe and the apartment are arranged over 2 floors and some guests who have limited mobility may struggle to get to some of our rooms.

Although we will try to accommodate special requests, all rooms are subject to availability.
If you have booked through a third-party travel agent please refer to the agent's specific cancellation terms. We do not pay commission on reservations to third parties without a prior formal agreement.
